THE TRUTH BEHIND THE SCRIPTURE

Perhaps the most profound scripture concerning how God views the beginning of life, with this revelation, maybe one should ponder the depth of understanding about life being given to mankind. We are created in the image and likeness of God. It is given to man to "replenish" the earth.    He wants us to populate the earth.  So, as the embryo grows, it also becomes the image of God before birth.

A question never asked, does God give to mankind the prerogative to end the life of a future child of God?  Does man have the right to terminate a future child of God, out of convenience for either parent? In God's eyes, does a woman have a God given right to choose to take the life of another body within her?  If the child within could verbally choose, would not he or she choose life?  Somewhere between 60,000,000 to 70,000,000 future children of God have become human sacrifices, really no different than pagan civilizations that offered up their children to false gods.  Modern medical practices want to include eliminating the life of a new born baby as a 'choice' of the mother.  In reality, human sacrifice is alive and well in the 21st Century to the gods of convenience and materialism.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD VERSION:  "Your eyes looked upon my embryo, and everything was recorded in your book. The days scheduled for my formation were inscribed, even though not one of them had come yet."

GOD'S WORD TRANSLATION:  "Your eyes saw me when I was only a fetus. Every day [of my life] was recorded in your book before one of them had taken place.

STRONG'S EXHAUSTIVE CONCORDANCE:

MY UNFORMED BODY... embryo, fetus

BARNES NOTES ON THE BIBLE... Before the embryo had any such form that its future size, shape, or proportions could be marked by the eye of man, it was clearly and distinctly known by God.

GILL'S EXPOSITION OF THE ENTIRE BIBLE...Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect,.... The word (q) for "substance" signifies a bottom of yarn wound up, or any rude or unformed lump; and designs that conglomerated mass of matter separated in the womb, containing all the essentials of the human frame, but not yet distinguished or reduced into any form or order; yet, even when in this state, the eyes of the Lord see it and all its parts distinctly;

CAMBRIDGE BIBLE FOR SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES...my substance, yet being unperfect] R.V. mine unperfect substance. The word (gôlem) is a different one from that in Psalm 139:15, and denotes the undeveloped embryo. Cp. Aram, gôlmâ, an unfinished vessel.
