TO THIS MAN -Isaiah 66:2
THE TRUTH BEHIND THE SCRIPTURE
God made "all these things" and so they came into being. This is the one (of all his Creation of human beings) "I will esteem" or "look to":

ESTEEM is defined as: 1... to regard highly or favorably; regard with respect or admiration: 2... to consider as of a certain value or of a certain type; regard. 3... to set a value on; appraise.
The qualifications to be "looked to or be esteemed are:
He who is HUMBLE, ‘ā·nî, 1) poor, afflicted, humble, wretched 1a) poor, needy 1b) poor and weak 1c) poor, weak, afflicted, wretched 1d) humble, lowly. The dictionary definition of humble is 1...not proud or arrogant; modest: to be humble although successful. 2... having a feeling of insignificance, inferiority, subservience, etc.: 3... low in rank, importance, status, quality, etc. 4....courteously respectful:
And is CONTRITE IN SPIRIT, ū·nə·ḵêh-,stricken, smitten. The dictionary definition of smitten is 1... struck, as with a hard blow. 2... grievously or disastrously stricken or afflicted. 3...very much in love. The dictionary definition of contrite is 1... caused by or showing sincere remorse. 2... filled with a sense of guilt and the desire for atonement; penitent:
Who TREMBLES at my word, wə·ḥā·rêḏ trembling, fearful, afraid. The dictionary definition of tremble is 1... to shake involuntarily with quick, short movements, as from fear, excitement, weakness, or cold; quake; quiver. 2... to be troubled with fear or apprehension.
It takes these three qualifications, being HUMBLE, being CONTRITE IN SPIRIT and TREMBLING AT GOD'S WORD, in order for God to work with a human mind.
A scripture that puts everything in context is the memory scripture, 1 John 4:18, "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love."
Add to this another memory scripture, 1 John 5:3, "For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
